Inside Sales Representative (Fintech): Generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads for financial performance management solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting and strategic relationship building. Focus on managing a pipeline of 200 accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving commercial success in the Benelux region.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Deventer, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite)

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
- Manage and enrich a qualified sales pipeline for approximately 200 accounts.
- Identify decision-makers and secure high-quality sales meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze sales performance trends.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals and support strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and professional English proficiency required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of early-stage sales processes and lead qualification.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work from the Deventer office 2 days per week.
