What you will do

• Lead owner-side OFCI coordination across procurement, manufacturing, FAT, logistics, and installation readiness.
• Maintain live tracking and acceptance registers to ensure equipment status, documentation, and delivery risks are reported.
• Engage with site teams and vendors to resolve interface, logistics, and sequencing issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify delivery conditions and installation progress.
• Represent the owner in governance forums to challenge programme status and provide independent site insight.
• Monitor substation and grid connection delivery to maintain visibility of energisation readiness.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in OFCI coordination, infrastructure project management, or owner’s representative roles.
• Proven experience managing high-volume OFCI packages with a strong field-based delivery component.
• Hands-on experience with FAT, supplier inspection, and site acceptance for electrical or mechanical plant.
• Ability to identify delivery risks across infrastructure and construction workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to represent the owner in governance forums.
• Must be based onsite in Sines, Portugal for the duration of the project.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of substation delivery and grid connection interfaces.
• Experience working directly with D&B contractors and specialist supply chain teams.
