TL;DR

Director, Strategic Sales (FoodTech): Leading and scaling a team of Strategic Account Executives to acquire and grow high-value corporate accounts with an accent on the full commercial account lifecycle and growth strategy execution. Focus on building repeatable sales systems, driving multi-year account expansion, and implementing data-driven leadership via KPIs and AI tools.

Location: Remote-hybrid (Must be based in the US; Boston office available)

Salary: $360,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of managers and strategic account executives focused on acquisition and expansion.
  • Own pipeline, forecasting, and adherence to MEDDPICC for all team deals.
  • Develop strategies for complex, high-potential corporate accounts, including vertical campaigns and stakeholder mapping.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for account planning, forecasting, and executive engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve customer experience.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership bench.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a second-line leader.
  • Proven track record selling into complex organizations (e.g., Fortune 1000) with deals of $100k+.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven sales strategy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and modern AI tools for sales productivity.
  • No visa sponsorship provided; must have legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year.
