What you will do

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Coordinate IT procurement and manage the lifecycle of equipment and peripherals.
• Document IT processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency through automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, SMB/Samba, NFS, SSH, and RDP.
• Proficiency in Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as ESXi, Proxmox, or XCP-ng.
• Ability to script and automate using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or CMD.
• Experience managing version control systems, preferably Helix (Perforce).

Nice to have

• Experience working in game development or software development environments.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in computer hardware assembly, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with gaming consoles and ethernet cable crimping (RJ-45).
• Experience supporting multi-site environments.
