NOC Infrastructure Administrator (Linux/Windows)

Location: Remote from Kyiv, Ukraine; participation in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule is required.

What you will do

• Provide operational support for Linux and Windows systems in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Monitor, administer, patch, and maintain production servers, applications, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
• Perform backups, recovery activities, scheduled-job checks, and system availability monitoring.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support requests involving infrastructure, applications, networking, and databases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Create operational documentation and lead shift operations when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Linux and Windows system administration experience.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, IP networking, network troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, monitoring tools, web servers, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, SQL queries, incident management, and operational documentation.
• Ability to work day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
