NOC Infrastructure Administrator (Linux/Windows)

Location: Remote, Warsaw, Poland; rotating day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

What you will do

• Provide operational support for Linux and Windows systems in a 24/7 NOC and production environment.
• Monitor, administer, and maintain servers, applications, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
• Perform backup, recovery, patch management, and daily system integrity and availability checks.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, policies, DNS, DHCP, and Windows security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve support requests, document procedures and resolutions, and maintain knowledge bases.
• Develop automation scripts and lead shift operations when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Linux and Windows system administration experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, IP networking, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, SQL queries, web server administration, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Experience managing incidents, following operational procedures, documenting resolutions, and solving technical problems independently.
• Ability to work rotating day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
