Salary: $75,000–$170,000 annual salary + bonus

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employees across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Oversee payroll integrations and data accuracy between UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos), HRIS, and financial systems.
- Lead payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end activities including W-2 processing.
- Mentor and develop payroll staff while establishing payroll policies and internal controls.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Livermore, CA.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos).
- Extensive experience managing multi-state payroll operations and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
Nice to have
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
- Experience with Wisely paycard and ADP SmartCompliance.
