What you will do

• Measure user journeys, adoption, engagement, and retention using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business objectives into clear OKRs and success metrics.
• Design measurement approaches and A/B tests to determine the impact of new product features.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to accelerate SQL/Python development and exploratory analysis.
• Communicate insights through storytelling, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Define tracking requirements to ensure high-quality product data capture.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product or Digital Analytics influencing product decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical work and visualization.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools, specifically Adobe Analytics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for a data-driven culture.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and communication skills.
