Data Analyst (Product-Led Growth)

What you will do

• Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Analyze user adoption patterns and Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) triggers to optimize conversion.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for product, financial, and performance data.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and develop Python scripts for data orchestration.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and assess statistical significance for decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategy with overall business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Azure (or similar data platforms).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Heap, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in payroll or HR software.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Experience with HubSpot.
