What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights and improvement proposals.
• Design targeted campaign selections tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain reports for key KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and propose improvements to stakeholders.
• Translate complex business questions into clear analyses and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketers, risk colleagues, and data specialists in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in analytics.
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAS and/or Python.
• Experience with data analysis in the financial sector.
• Experience with agile ways of working.
