What you will do

• Own and maintain core dashboards for GTM domains including Merchant Sales and Customer Growth.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot data models to ensure data integrity.
• Define success metrics and implement tracking for GTM Enablement projects.
• Reduce dashboard sprawl by centralizing and standardizing reporting in Omni.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and impact scoping.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in an analytics engineering or closely related role.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Solid data visualization skills with the ability to communicate insights to commercial audiences.
• Working understanding of data modeling concepts and engineering best practices.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a commercial or sales-facing environment.
