What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in German.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently according to established protocols.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the support management system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of concerns.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in German (written and spoken) is required.
  • Professional experience in customer support or service operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in English or other European languages.
