Location: Bratislava, Slovakia or Remote from Slovakia
Salary: €1,200 per month plus bonuses

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone (90%) and email.
- Advise customers on the product portfolio, order statuses, and the returns process.
- Act as the first-level contact for Back Office inquiries.
- Manage orders and customer interactions on marketplaces including eBay and Amazon.
- Document and post-process customer inquiries while cooperating with internal departments.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (C1/C2)
- English proficiency (C1) or Slovak proficiency (C1)
- Must be based in Slovakia
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Secondary, professional, or university degree
- Self-motivated team player with negotiation skills
