Senior Applied AI Engineer (Multimodal AI Systems & Generative Imaging)

What you will do

• Build and evaluate AI workflows for image generation/editing, style transfer, inpainting, visual QA, multimodal pipelines, and LLM/VLM-assisted agents.
• Optimize quality, brand fidelity, consistency, safety, cost, latency, and regression risk across production workflows.
• Convert successful prototypes and product insights into reusable production code, internal tools, eval suites, prompts, policies, and shared platform capabilities.
• Design feedback and evaluation systems that translate approvals, rejections, edits, and production traces into measurable improvements without degrading existing quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, ML, and client-facing teams to translate subjective creative feedback into reproducible constraints, rubrics, and generation logic.
• Stay current on the AI landscape and help decide which new models and evaluation methods to adopt.

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering experience turning notebooks/scripts into reusable, tested, production-ready AI workflows.
• Practical expertise in image-generation and image-editing/computer-vision pipelines (image-to-image, style transfer, inpainting, character/style consistency, multimodal reasoning).
• Ability to design evaluation systems for generative AI (golden datasets, visual comparison grids, LLM/VLM judges, human review rubrics, regression testing, failure taxonomies, quality gates, feedback loops).
• Practical experience building LLM/VLM-assisted or agentic workflows (tool use, structured outputs, planning/orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, or automated QA).
• English: strong spoken English to discuss technical tradeoffs and subjective creative feedback with colleagues and customers.
• Timezone: comfortable working primarily on CET hours.
