What you will do

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy models for image and video generation and understanding tasks.
• Build and maintain end-to-end training pipelines for both production and research environments.
• Optimize model deployment using tools such as ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton.
• Collaborate with researchers, DevOps, and ML engineers to integrate CV pipelines into existing business environments.
• Contribute to the technical direction of high-impact AI initiatives and share expertise with the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, and modern AI systems.
• High proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of classical computer vision, including camera calibration and feature matching.
• Experience with multimodal and generative AI systems (transformers, diffusion models, VLMs).
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D computer vision, anomaly detection, edge AI, or model compression.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
