What you will do

• Manage community vibe, de-escalating conflicts and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
• Recruit, train, and lead a global team of volunteer moderators.
• Produce dev logs, engaging posts, and edited gameplay videos to showcase new features.
• Analyze community sentiment and provide weekly actionable reports to the production team.
• Design and execute creative activities, high-stakes contests, and community challenges.
• Execute social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers and content creators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of community management experience within the gaming industry.
• Proven ability to manage and engage volunteer teams.
• Hands-on experience in content creation (video editing, streaming, or graphic design).
• Ability to transform community feedback into structured data and reports.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• In-depth knowledge of Discord, Steam Community Hub, Reddit, and major social platforms.
