TL;DR

Community and Social Media Intern (Gamedev): Assist in creating social media content and managing community interactions for a leading RPG studio with an accent on copywriting, engagement monitoring, and event support. Focus on maintaining content calendars, responding to community feedback, and proposing ideas for audience engagement.

Location: Office-first in Warsaw, Poland (at least 3 days per week). Must reside in Poland throughout the internship (July to end of September).

Salary: 31.40 PLN gross hourly

What you will do

• Write copy for social media channels.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule, and publish posts.
• Monitor and manage community interactions (comments, messages).
• Track engagement metrics and report on community sentiment.
• Support organization of community events.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old, fresh high school graduate or university student.
• Reside in Poland for the entire internship period.
• Available full-time (40h/week) from beginning of July to end of September.
• Good command of English (CV must be in English).
• Passion for video games and building online communities.

Nice to have

• Experience managing fan communities (forums, Discord, social media).
• Familiarity with latest social media trends.
