What you will do

• Manage and moderate community channels on Discord and social media platforms.
• Publish announcements, patch notes, and news while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collect and communicate player feedback and sentiment to the product and development teams.
• Organize community activities, including contests, events, and AMAs.
• Develop and manage the creator program, providing assets and coordinating campaigns.
• Track creator performance and encourage high-quality user-generated content.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Community Management experience, preferably in mobile or live-service gaming.
• Hands-on experience managing Discord and major social media platforms.
• Fluent Russian and at least B2-level English proficiency.
• Ability to analyze community metrics and transform data into insights.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.
• Proven ability to handle negative feedback and crisis communications professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience managing influencer, ambassador, or content creator programs.
• Experience with user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
• Background in mobile gaming or live-service environments.
