What you will do

• Drive audience growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create high-quality text and visual content, including filming and editing short-form videos.
• Develop and implement local content strategies and communication campaigns for Italian cities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Editorial teams to promote sponsored content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in community or social media management.
• Native Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Deep knowledge of Italy, specifically its people, customs, and local trends in Milan and Rome.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, with a strong ability to edit engaging videos.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to the audience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to ownership and communication.

Nice to have

• Advanced mastery of Canva and professional video editing.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Final Cut.
