What you will do

• Deliver fund accounting and administration services, including NAV preparation, review, and investor record-keeping.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Review and approve fee schedules, waterfall calculations, and investor allocations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth NAV completion.
• Ensure all AML requirements are met and respond to client queries.
• Oversee the preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory reports.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in fund administration, with at least 6 years in a Private Equity role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of Private Equity fund structures and Waterfall fee calculations.
• 5+ years of experience with fund accounting software.
