Salary: 110,000 - 120,000 CAD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for assigned operating companies in compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor offshore and onsite finance teams, ensuring quality assurance of financial deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Manage the integration of newly acquired companies, including policy alignment and system migration.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure audit readiness for internal and external reviews.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase process efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent designation.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Management.
• Proven track record in portfolio company management, budgeting, and audits.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
