What you will do

• Maintain accurate books and records for Private Equity clients.
• Prepare financial and investor reporting, including NAV packages and ad hoc deliverables.
• Process fund expenses, book journal entries for cash payments, and manage accruals.
• Calculate and prepare capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Perform third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in Private Equity or Private Debt.
• Proficiency with the Investran platform.
