What you will do
- Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone across a suite of products.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve challenges with effective, practical solutions.
- Deliver clear, responsive guidance to build client trust from initial setup through ongoing use.
- Share relevant product features, best practices, and personalized guidance to support client success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
- Continuously learn products and industry trends to improve support quality and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
- Comfort providing live support via phone and email while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven approach with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.
