Salary: $31.25/hr - $32.81/hr

What you will do

  • Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone across a suite of products.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and resolve challenges with effective, practical solutions.
  • Deliver clear, responsive guidance to build client trust from initial setup through ongoing use.
  • Share relevant product features, best practices, and personalized guidance to support client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
  • Continuously learn hirify.global products and industry trends to improve support quality and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Comfort providing live support via phone and email while troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven approach with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.
