What you will do

  • Monitor daily card service operations to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage dispute processing for major card payment schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
  • Investigate irregular usage and potential fraud involving client cards.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for client service enquiries.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver process improvements, including the development of SOPs and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Operational experience with card schemes and associated systems.
  • Proven experience in managing card scheme disputes, chargebacks, and fraud identification.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and ticketing systems such as the Atlassian suite.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cardinal 3DS and Feature Space.
