What you will do

• Own and maintain project document registers and management systems.
• Control the flow of technical, commercial, and vendor documentation.
• Ensure project teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
• Check outgoing documentation for consistency, format, and numbering.
• Proactively manage review and approval cycles with clients.
• Report project-level document status to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrington, UK.
• Proven experience as a Project Document Controller in an Engineering or EPC/EPCM environment.
• Proficiency with Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, ProjectWise, A-site, or ProArc.
• Strong experience with SharePoint workflows and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience expediting vendor documentation.
• Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, or Energy.
