What you will do

• Manage project documentation for SHDF funded decarbonisation works, ensuring accurate organization and distribution.
• Administer the Document Management System (DMS), including workflows, access permissions, and data security.
• Maintain compliant, audit-ready records in accordance with SHDF, PAS 2035, and internal governance.
• Control document versioning to ensure all teams work from the latest approved documentation.
• Produce weekly summary reports on project stages and manage the compliance SharePoint system.
• Identify and implement best-practice solutions to improve document control processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, retrofit, or social housing environments.
• Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Asite.
• Strong capability in MS Office and experience working with structured data.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with design, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Dartford, Kent, UK.
