What you will do

• Lead all aspects of the pre-construction phase to ensure project success.
• Coordinate design processes and drive value engineering initiatives.
• Interpret, critique, and challenge architectural and engineering drawings.
• Manage early-stage project planning, including scope definition and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal commercial, design, and delivery teams, as well as external consultants.
• Support bid submissions and client presentations.

Requirements

• Must have experience in planned works, refurbishment, retrofit, and high-rise residential schemes.
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations including Building Safety Act 2022, Approved Document B, PAS 9980, and BS 8414.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar.
• Professional membership of CIOB, RICS, or a similar body.
• Proficiency in MS Project, BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks), and document control systems like Aconex.
• Experience working with public sector clients and framework agreements.
