What you will do

• Develop and manage quality assurance and control programs to ensure compliance with FAA and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related communications with the FAA and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee corrective action processes and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
• Maintain quality management systems in accordance with AS9100 standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manufacturing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product manufacturing and support.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace or Defense sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
• AS9100 lead auditor training or equivalent experience.
• Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a US Public Trust Clearance.

• Experience working with the FAA in a liaison capacity.
