What you will do

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure conformity with quality system standards.
• Investigate quality discrepancies and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Facilitate DCMA and 3rd party registrar audits.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve product integrity issues.
• Generate comprehensive audit reports and corporate quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience auditing at the ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 level.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the microelectronics or defense industry.
• Certified trained auditor in AS9100D.
