What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for complex integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain advanced automated test scripts and tools using Python.
• Architect and configure test environments using Linux, Windows, and Docker.
• Analyze test results and drive root cause investigations in partnership with engineering teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on test methods, automation best practices, and tools.
• Prepare technical test reports and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or protected individual (asylee/refugee) due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software QA or test engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Linux and Windows in a test environment.
• Strong experience with Docker for container management in test setups.
• Advanced Python scripting skills for automation and tool development.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with C++ or C#.
• Knowledge of data communication protocols like I2C, SPI, CAN, or USB.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or CMMI.
