What you will do

• Design, expand, and maintain the automated test suite to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools for regression and system-level testing.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design test plans, scenarios, and test cases for new functionality.
• Define and implement QA practices, procedures, standards, and reporting.
• Validate software against project timelines and requirements in a lab environment.
• Identify and document project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant QA or test engineering experience (internships included).
• U.S. Person status (Citizen, Green Card holder, or asylee/refugee) is strictly required for ITAR compliance.
• Ability to work constantly in an office and R&D/lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ and/or C#.
• Basic scripting experience, preferably in Python.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux/Windows environments.
• Exposure to automated test frameworks or CI tools.
