What you will do

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and compliance systems across training centers in North, Central, and South America.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute site quality and compliance audits to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.
• Establish and oversee local quality auditor teams to promote a consistent compliance culture.
• Maintain detailed records of audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Produce regular QA reports for stakeholders and conduct quarterly quality management reviews.
• Provide feedback on business processes and deliver training on quality management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance auditing within the aviation industry.
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulatory principles.
• Functional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various locations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and customers.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in pilot training, aircraft operations, or simulator training center environments.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems such as Q-Pulse, Enlighten, or TCOM.
