What you will do

• Research and test generative AI tools for video, image, audio, and text.
• Develop and document playbooks, prompt libraries, and best-practice guides for the creative team.
• Partner with editors and producers to integrate AI into real production workflows.
• Act as a senior-level editor to support the team during high-capacity periods.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams on tool evaluation and licensing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding California)
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience in TV spot or short-form video editing.
• Proven experience testing and producing content with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs.
• Active participation in AI creator communities (Discord, X, Reddit).
• Ability to perform structured technical evaluations and documentation.
