What you will do
- Conduct quantitative analysis on commercial real estate markets using econometric and statistical methods.
- Integrate geospatial data and methods into analytical workflows to enrich market insights.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines for ingesting and transforming macroeconomic and property datasets.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with Technology & Data Solutions teams to translate analytical requirements into engineering specifications.
- Document model architecture, data flows, and diagnostic procedures to ensure reproducibility.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Economics, Data Science, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a research, analytical, or data science role.
- Strong command of quantitative methods such as regression and time series analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Working knowledge of SQL and geospatial tools like GIS.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Masterβs or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Experience with public datasets such as Census products, BLS, or IPUMS.
