Salary: $114,750 - $135,000

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative analysis on commercial real estate markets using econometric and statistical methods.
• Integrate geospatial data and methods into analytical workflows to enrich market insights.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines for ingesting and transforming macroeconomic and property datasets.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with Technology & Data Solutions teams to translate analytical requirements into engineering specifications.
• Document model architecture, data flows, and diagnostic procedures to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a research, analytical, or data science role.
• Strong command of quantitative methods such as regression and time series analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and geospatial tools like GIS.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Experience with public datasets such as Census products, BLS, or IPUMS.
