Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define business problems and identify the right questions to inform strategic decisions.
• Build reports, define metrics, and run complex analyses to move key business KPIs.
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses across growth and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes and influence leadership.
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work in the United States.
