What you will do

• Collaborate with Music, Product, and Engineering teams to develop predictive models from structured and unstructured data.
• Apply machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, random forests, and k-means to optimize marketing and target demographics.
• Prototype algorithmic implementations and validate efficacy through rigorous experimental design.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and feedback loops to support business decision-making.
• Develop in-house tools for processing large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Research new data sources and build proof-of-concepts to enhance artist-facing capabilities.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Data Scientist or related role.
• At least 3 years of experience operating at a senior/lead level on a product team.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with machine learning techniques including logistic regression, decision trees, and random forests.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping and research.
