TL;DR
Software Developer I (C#/.NET, SQL, TypeScript/React): Building and enhancing healthcare and emergency response software with an accent on C#/.NET Core backend development, SQL Server data work, and UI integration using TypeScript with React or AngularJS. Focus on writing clean, well-documented code, adding features, testing, and collaborating with QA/Support while following DevOps best practices.
Location: Eagan, MN; 100% virtual work available anywhere in the US under the Remote Work Policy (travel up to 10% for onsite meetings/events as required)
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop features using C#/.NET Core, SQL Server, TypeScript with React, and Microsoft Azure
- Improve existing functionality with clean, well-documented code and refactoring support
- Write tests and maintain documentation for an evolving codebase
- Coordinate status updates with lead developers and escalate or request coaching when needed
- Troubleshoot defects and workflows in collaboration with QA and Support teams
- Follow DevOps best practices and procedures; assist with estimation and planning alongside senior developers, project managers, and business analysts
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of C#, JavaScript (JS), SQL, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with application design, architecture, and relational databases
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (or other server/hosting environments and deployment)
- Ability to explain development decisions and communicate clearly (written and verbal)
- US-based eligibility for 100% virtual work; travel up to 10% as required
