What you will do
- Design and implement production-grade AI systems, including LLM-based experiences and agentic workflows.
- Build shared AI capabilities and engineering accelerators for cross-product adoption.
- Define and apply evaluation-driven development loops to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Create technical artifacts like specs and workflow contracts to improve delivery speed and clarity.
- Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities and support integration of shared capabilities.
- Contribute to AI-native engineering practices, including automated testing and intelligent engineering agents.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in production-grade AI or data-intensive systems.
- Strong practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool use, and agentic architectures.
- Experience designing end-to-end AI systems across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to define measurable quality criteria and balance performance dimensions like latency and cost.
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to design reusable patterns for cross-functional teams.
