What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 senior system architects and signal processing experts.
• Act as both line manager and Product Owner (PO) for the system team.
• Coordinate and prioritize system activities in collaboration with customers and development teams.
• Maintain and coordinate the overall system architecture for advanced EW systems.
• Establish effective ways of working across the Functional Design department.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and strategic growth of the department.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working within agile frameworks.
• Proven track record in software or system development within regulated industries (e.g., Aerospace, MedTech, or Automotive).
• Strong knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or a background in signal processing.
• Experience in both project and line management.
• Ability to build high-performing, trust-based organizational cultures.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process.
