What you will do

• Govern the technology landscape to ensure long-term integrity and informed decision-making.
• Drive and evolve a structured agenda that prioritizes and sequences technology change.
• Build and strengthen architecture and tooling as a strategic capability across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between divisional roadmaps and overarching architectural direction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and represent architecture in governance forums.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• 10+ years in IT architecture roles with large-scale IT operations experience.
• Expertise in TOGAF, ITIL, ServiceNow, Cloud & Datacenter, and Network Security.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, observability platforms, and AIOps.
• Proven leadership experience, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
• Preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden.
