What you will do

• Lead and mentor a Brazil-based marketing operations team supporting North American initiatives.
• Manage marketing intake workflows, campaign infrastructure, and operational standards.
• Partner with Sales leadership to govern lead lifecycle stages and funnel health.
• Identify and implement improvements for marketing automation, CRM, and intent platforms.
• Synthesize campaign and funnel data into strategic insights for marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with enterprise operational standards.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B environment.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English (C1+).
• Experience managing marketing operations or campaign execution teams.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and intent platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, 6sense, Demandbase).
• Strong background in demand generation, ABM, and funnel reporting.
• Must be based in Campinas or São Paulo, Brazil.
