What you will do

• Research and recruit affiliate partners, creators, and platform influencers to diversify the acquisition footprint.
• Implement end-to-end operational workflows for offline (direct mail) and online (paid social) channels.
• Onboard new marketing partners and nurture existing relationships to sustain channel performance.
• Troubleshoot platform tracking discrepancies, attribution gaps, and software integrations.
• Optimize campaign budgets and creative configurations using AI-driven insights to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Brand teams to execute cross-functional campaigns and deliver results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or multi-channel growth.
• Execution depth in at least one channel: Affiliate Networks, Direct Mail, Paid Social, or Influencer Marketing.
• Proficiency with tracking tools like PartnerStack, Impact, Ad Managers, or similar platforms.
• Competency in analyzing dataset metrics to validate campaign health and running A/B tests.
• Experience using AI tools to increase work quality and efficiency.
• Must submit an updated resume translated to English.
