What you will do

• Define and execute strategies for launching and expanding virtual cards, physical cards, and wallet products across multiple markets.
• Lead end-to-end card program launches, coordinating with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams.
• Manage relationships with issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers, and wallet partners.
• Coordinate integrations for digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional solutions.
• Oversee physical card operations, including vendor onboarding, production, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and develop scalable SOPs to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cards, payments, or fintech industries.
• Proven experience launching or operating card programs (virtual and/or physical).
• Experience leading 0-to-1 card program launches, including cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with the card ecosystem and industry standards.
• Experience working with digital wallets, physical card manufacturers, issuers, or BIN sponsors.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at Visa, Mastercard, fintech issuers, or processor companies.
• Experience supporting Apple Pay or Google Pay integrations.
• Experience launching cards across multiple geographies.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or global payments companies.
