What you will do

• Define and execute the global card business roadmap, covering virtual cards, physical cards, and digital wallet integrations.
• Lead the end-to-end launch and scaling of card programs across multiple international markets.
• Manage strategic relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, and card manufacturers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive the integration, certification, and tokenization of digital wallets, specifically Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Oversee the physical card supply chain, including fulfillment providers and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams on GTM strategies and build operational SOPs for global scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cards, payments, or fintech industries.
• Proven track record of launching and operating global card programs (virtual and physical).
• Hands-on experience delivering 0-to-1 Apple Pay and/or Google Pay integrations.
• Deep understanding of the card ecosystem and direct experience with Visa, Mastercard, or leading fintech issuers.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build complex processes from scratch.
