What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans and clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-service training and community relations activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Active CADC or LCDP certification/licensure required.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information with professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and make quick, informed decisions.
