What you will do

• Drive social media and content strategy across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Develop global employer branding content to support talent attraction and internal communications.
• Execute content plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and corporate websites.
• Create high-impact assets including videos, ebooks, and case studies in collaboration with designers.
• Amplify executive presence on LinkedIn and manage employee advocacy programs.
• Oversee corporate website content updates using WordPress CMS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation and social media management.
• Professional-level fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong editorial mindset with expertise in brand consistency and tone of voice.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into strategic, high-impact content.
• Must be based in Colombia or Mexico.
