What you will do

• Ideate, script, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads.
• Translate and adapt global content to resonate with the German market.
• Own real-time community management across @firefox_de channels.
• Build and champion relationships with German content creators to authentically tell the Firefox story.
• Spot cultural trends and surface timely opportunities for Firefox to engage in relevant conversations.
• Review and provide feedback on German-language creator and UGC content.

Requirements

• German fluency (written and spoken) is required for crafting culturally sharp, nuanced copy.
• 5+ years of hands-on social content production experience.
• Strong background in creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video platforms.
• Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Deep knowledge of the German digital landscape, including creators, platforms, and cultural moments.
• Must be based in Germany to effectively manage local content and community.
