What you will do
- Develop and execute a global SEO content strategy aligned with company positioning.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps across key verticals.
- Brief and develop long-form content including thought leadership, guides, and case studies.
- Track and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, web, and demand generation teams to support the full funnel.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, and LLM-optimized content best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEO content strategy, ideally in B2B or professional services.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings at scale.
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
- Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals and ability to work with developers.
- Experience briefing and commissioning content from writers, designers, and subject matter experts.
- Must be based in Portugal.
Nice to have
- Multilingual or multi-market SEO experience including hreflang.
- Experience in a global consultancy, digital agency, or technology company.
- Familiarity with headless CMS environments and content operations.
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation and LLM optimization strategies.
