Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid - 3+ days in office)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Research fintech trends in Latin America to shape event agendas and provide recommendations on format and style.
• Identify and secure top-tier speakers through in-depth desk, phone, and face-to-face research.
• Manage speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition.
• Collaborate with the Money20/20 event series to ensure seamless content delivery across shows.
• Expand and maintain the speaker database in collaboration with content operations teams.
• Provide weekly updates on outreach, pipeline progress, blockers, and timelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Background in finance, technology journalism, or academia.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for presenting to senior executives.
• Passion for live-event storytelling and the financial services, fintech, and payments landscape.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 3 days a week.
