What you will do

• Own and execute the social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Substack to build a distinct brand voice.
• Actively engage in market conversations, build relationships with influencers, and participate in relevant community threads.
• Manage distribution for owned channels including the company blog, news site, and podcast.
• Partner with Field and Engineering teams to capture and amplify content from events and community moments.
• Test and iterate on content formats, hooks, and distribution patterns to maximize engagement and visibility.
• Gamify and accelerate employee amplification efforts to support priority narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B social media, influencer engagement, or content marketing.
• Deep fluency in B2B tech channels and a proven track record of driving audience growth.
• Strong editorial instincts with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Hands-on experience with various media types, including short-form video and audio.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Builder’s mindset with the ability to operate at a high tempo and ship content independently.
